Good Work Foundation Info Day

Good Work Foundation will be hosting Info Days under the “digital” Tree of Knowledge at the world-renowned Hazyview Digital Learning Centre on Wednesday 6th August and Thursday 7th August.

The event will include:

  • CEO, Kate Groch’s talk, “From Chance to Choice”, which discusses a vision for the future of rural education and is inspired by her acclaimed TED talk originally presented in Edinburgh in 2013
  • Information on how rural students can connect to powerful, effective and internationally recognised digital and English literacy
  • An overview of our curriculum for adult and school-aged learners, including information on the Information Communication Technology Academy, the Hospitality Academy, the Open Learning Academy and the planned Conservation Academy
  • The chance to view our world-class facilities and understand our vision for Hazyview Digital Learning Centre to become the first fully-fledged student campus in rural South Africa
