GWF Team Building Week 2017

GWF had the most amazing week last week made up of team-building, policy and procedure workshops, self-development sessions, dance, creative thinking, getting to know each other, chocolates and so much more. We are now a team of more than 80 from four different digital learning campuses. So much talent was discovered.

The week started off as per Good Work Foundation’s organizational culture with song and dance to an African beat.

It was amazing to have Fumani Mathumbu from Justicia Digital Learning Campus and Pumla Mkansi from Huntington Digital Learning Campus both under one roof at the central campus.

A lot of dancing talent was discovered thanks to Maria-Goretti Awogu’s now infamous Nigerian choreography workshop. It was a highlight and Maria reminded us: “We are, as one team, dancing to the same tune.”
