GWF Week In Edu-Tweets #50

1. From Maureen Groch, with the help of Catriona Duncan, GWF has introduced a new system for students enrolment for 2017. The team of interview assessors had their first interviewing session this past week to implement their new system and it turned of to be a success.


2. From Hazyview Media Intern,Wiseboy Shabangu who took a snap of the Bridging Academy Students in their ICDL class. The students have shown determination since the beginning of the year. We wish them productive years ahead as they will write their final exam later in the month.


3. From GWF CEO, Kate Groch, Kate visited Eastern Cape, Graaf Reinet to attend the graduation of our former Bridging Academy Students who are at the South African College of Tourism(SACT).


4. From Hazyview Media Intern, Mfumo Thobela, the Hazyview Media Team have been doing online courses with GetSmarter that is powered by the University of Cape Town. Wiseboy is currently doing Copy Editing and we wish him great success.


5. From Conservation Academy Facilitator, Sibusiso Mnisi with Ray Jones and the adult Conservation Academy Students during their trip to Graskop (God’s Window). The team of conservationist have been exploring all the amazing sites that nature can provide to encourage them with their learning.


6. From Hazyview Media Intern, Mpho Lebyane, the male staff at Hazyview Campus have initiated their Mens Circle. This is where they will share ideas, solve problems and applaud each other as brothers.


7. From Hazyview Media Intern, Mfumo Thobela, no matter what time of the you come in at the campus there is always someone at the reception to help. We commend you team for the amazing job you are doing.


8. From Hazyview Media Intern, Wiseboy Shabangu, ICT students in class and concentrating hard to their studies.


9. From Hazyview Media Intern, Mfumo Thobela, after a long period without rain this week we blessed with showers of beautiful rain. It is also sad because later in the week we have learned that the rain has done  great damage in some parts of the country and its has affected a lot of people. Our hearts and thoughts reach out to them.


10. From Hazyview Media Intern, Wiseboy Shabangu ICDL class ready for the exam that was held later this week. We say thank you to the team that keep our workspace spot on.


11.  From GWF CEO, Kate Groch, to be wearing that black gown is an absolute achievement, we commend these young people for reaching for the stars and chasing their dreams.
