The Month in Pictures #6

If we had some kind of automatic “counter” that measured the number of students and visitors through the doors of our Digital Learning Centres, then June would have set a new record.

It’s testimony to an extremely passionate team of young (digital) educators that we have been able to: (1) open the doors to the new Philippolis Digital Learning Centre; (2) launch a brand new Open Learning Academy in Nelspruit; (3) add a fourth school to the Open Learning Academy in Hazyview; (4) add two new classrooms to Hazyview; and (5) send one of our educators off to New York as part of President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative.

What a way to power through the half-way mark of 2014!

To all of our friends, partners, family and ambassadors around the world – we cannot say thank you enough for standing under the Tree with us and powering this mission to revolutionise education in rural Africa.
